A full online learning environment designed to bring together payments, course access, assignments, and progress tracking in one place. It was built to reduce manual friction and make academic delivery more accessible and structured.

Scotiabank Performance Initiatives

A group of performance-driven initiatives tied to multi-country customer operations across the Caribbean. This included work in dialer optimization, KPI visibility, NPS implementation, speech analytics, and execution support across a regional setting.

NOC And ITSM Implementation Support

A consulting initiative focused on operational visibility, service workflows, incident structure, and process discipline. It helped support enterprise-grade improvements in control, responsiveness, and service organization.

Miguel contributed through coordination and support work that helped sustain the structure, rhythm, and participant journey of the BigGame leadership experience.
